Hello!

I have raed reviews of both HAT Ft-17 and RPM Ft-17. But what can be seid when you COMPARE this two kits? Which is best really? The HAT kit is easier builded, but is it not too simple really? I Want to know as HAT Ft-17 can sonn be bought.

Well it don’t know much about the Hat ft-17 but ive seen the spruces and it looks very simple.

The ft-17 from Rpm in 1/35 scale (the one ive built) is a superb detailed kit with a lot of aftermarket parts, like a motor, single link tracks, better wheels and photo etch. There is also a very basic interior and lots of room to put a engine in it, and it is made so you can have lots of hatches open to see this. Since the 1/72 version is straight clone of the 1/35 you get a very good kit, the problem is that a lot of the parts are very tiny in 1/72 since they are not that big in 1/35, but if you are a good modeler, you can turn this into a superb model. The kit also comes with buckets and ropes and other accessories.

Also bear that the 1/35 doesn’t have rivets on the turret, so the 1/72 might not have them either. They come attached to spruces so you have to slice them off from the spruces.
Stay tuned as I will send a big review and photos of my extra/mega detailed RPM ft-17 in 1/35

It's an interesting choice, because the two kits stands for two quite different principles.

HAT
Quick, fast build. Simplified details.
Real minus: The front idler wheels is a tad too low

RPM
Extremely complicated build. Superdetailed!
Real minus: The tracks are awful

Perhaps the best bet is to cross-kit? I have done it. One RPM kit will
supply you with details for several HäT kits!

It's all up to you!
