New 1/72 WW1 Decals for Military Modellers
Permalink Closed

Hi all!

After waiting in vain (and grumbling) for someone to make WW1 Military Decals, me and a friend have instead finally made our own. So now there is a Line of Landships 1/72-76 Scale WW1 Military Decals. They are intended for the Airfix and Il Principe Nero Mk I, the EMHAR Mk IV, the EMHAR FK 96 n/a & HÄT FK 96 n/a & lFH 98/09, etc. More details can be found here: http://www.landships.freeservers.com/decals.htm

The the decals are pretty simple, made on a OKI/ALPS DP-5000 Printer, but we think that they fill a big gap. They have all come out of our own modelling projects, recently the Retrokit Gun Carrier, that just cries out for simple but very special decals.

If there is demand for them, we will make more. The price will be low, as we are not in it to make money, and when some big Decal Manufacturer starts making WW1 Military Decals we will gladly pull out!

All the best

I think the feldkanone only scaled up,
also same for MK.IV

Plus if I send some photos of russian garford-putilov
markings, they are just cyrillic letters (russian slogans), but I am making the armo 1/35 garford putilov and 1/35 markings would help
I can send pictures of them!

I got the news posted on missing lynx as well

Hello to all.

I also would like to see some good 1/35 scale decals, Like Russian, during the Civil War, for the MkIV, and Armoured Cars, Also some Frikorps Decals. that would be great.

These would be great in 1/72 scale as well.

**Great Job Peter**

"How about some Photo-etch stuff as well"

We really need some good Photo-etch stuff in either scale!!

All the Best

Sounds like a good idea, long overdue, if you ask me. Everybody else except WW1 Military Modellers got them.

What are the plans for the future? Planning any new sets?

1. Yes, I plan to do more: Beutepanzer Mk IV, A7V, British Softskins, Armoured Cars, FT-17. Eventually. I need to master graphics tyoo. Now they are just letters & numerals. And, yes, I listen to suggestions and ideas.

2. Look on the decals page: you find links to the two sellers who have them: Tracks & Troops in the Czech Republic & 7th Kompany in Portugal. You can order from them!

All the best
