Here are a few pics that I grafted from a Facebook contact of mine. It's a Fireline kit in 1/15 scale that has some parts made by scratch. For the new parts (the ones in dull grey) this modeller is is using thick lead foil.

This kit was advertised in modelling magazines in 1995. I saw it at a model exhibition at that time, and it was shown alongside a number of WW1 figures. It appeared in Hannant's catalogue, and eventually as one of their clearance lines. Since then Mr. Parkin's site has had the same information without further updates. hmm

Yes I've been aware of the initial prototype but hadn't seen any WIP photos. Shame Takom or others aren't interested further in developing additional large scale models.
