These were called 'Crewe tractors' so a google search on that might find more information. Most photos are of the side. There is also a kit in 1/35 available.

Yes, if you're building in 1/35, Resicast makes a superb rendition of the little Ford Crewe.

Hi all, thank you very much for the information. This project wants to implement a friend modeller from Czech Republic. His specialization is engineer technican - puts a lot of conversion, Here is a photo of his work - the technique of WW I. This building has to be - REVELL 1:16. Google I passed, but I could not find a photo.1 Mark jerab.jpgMARK JERAB.jpg

http://museumvictoria.com.au/collections/items/771644/negative-walpeup-district-victoria-circa-1915 - other pictures in that collection show LH drive as well as RH.

This source (previously posted by someone here years ago) also shows both LH and RH:

http://www.mtfca.com/books/ford_times.htm

I guess the Canadian (for export, Nova Scotia, etc.) and English plants built RH.  I read somewhere that Fords before the model T were all RH and Henry only changed to LH (in the USA) with the model T.  I don't know if that's right.  Canadian and English Fords would probably be far cheaper in Commonwealth countries due to excise/tariff. Canada presumably built LH models for the domestic market, as well as for export to places where there was no definite preference or firm mandate but most exports (logically) would be RH - I think South American countries were largely RH at that time?
