does anybody now the track width from Little Willie. It seems, that they are a little bit narrow than the tracks of Mark IV. ...could that be?

Yes.
Track widths:
Little Willie: 20 inches
Mother, Marks I - V & IX: 20.5 inches
Marks V, V*, V** & VII: 26.5 inches
