Used two Armoured Cars in Berlin from 1918-19 Freikorps. What is a Type?

Actually I think that's Dublin - uniforms look British and the guns look like 18 pounders, the vehicles being Lancia armoured lorries

I think it is Dublin - the guns are either 15 or 18 Pounders. The location is the corner of Winetavern St and the Merchant's Quay looking towards the 4 Courts according to Google Maps.
