On Facebook there is a nice picture of a Mark V. It is on www.facebook.com/ghostsoftime

It is a compilation of a now and then picture: the Mark V, fallen through the side of the bridge.

I can not place the now and then picture here because of copyright but when you are on Facebook, take a look: https://www.facebook.com/ghostsoftime

Nice to see. Generally many ww2 pictures are shown but this is worth looking at for us.

Best regards,

Willem

Thank you Willem, looks like a lot of embarrassed red faces, if they drove it off the bridge..

Accident during driver training circa 1920 at Wool Bridge Dorset. The bridge over the River Frome was part of the route from Wool Station to Bovington Camp and during this period was the only road possible. I have walked the route many times whilst I was serving at Bovvy during the early '70s
