Nice model. In what colours do you intend to paint it?

Very nice, I look forward to seeing it finished. By the way who made the figure?

All the best

Hello Gents,

Thanks Peter for your comments.
At the momment I'm not decided what color choose for paint it,maybe a French grey-blue or some cammo squeme?.I'm a fan of the WWI vehicles and war machine, not an expert..,today I'm still learnimg.

Another idea wiil be paint in  a mediun green like French artlillery green. This gun also euiped in the spanish army during Rif Wars,( 1909-1926 ) also during the Civil War in artillery units of both sides,( Republicans and Rebels ).

Thanks Tim,also for your enquired. The figure was designed for me,(is still "in progress").Really ,I'm a miniature sculptor than scratch-builder but this last discipline allways catched my attenttion.
The figure represents a german WW II soldier in greycoat at the end of the war.

Regards,

Tomas

Very nice!  Was this only an export model, or did the French use it in WW1?  I know they used the strange Schneider Ducrest 65mm, but I haven't read whether or not they used other mountain guns as well.  And did any other combatants use it...like some of the balkan powers, maybe?

Hi Joseph.

Good question!.The spanish Schnneider 7cm M.Gun was constructed under french licence in Spain, (Sevilla,Trubia ) both models are very similar, only a few minimun differences details in the shield gun.

I dont know if he was used of any european nation,,Belgian Army, maybe Greek Army.I know some quantities was selled in a differents South Americans countries.

Regards,

Tomas

Hi Gents,

Enclose a pics of my Schnneider 7cm Mountain gun in 1/48 scale. The kit have a docen of white metal pieces. This is an old model around 80's decade.
I'm just thinking to retouch some parts in the scratch master for updated the detail.
The model was primed in clear grey of paint for car industry. Also the figure for view better relation size.

Regards,
