King and Country has put out their first WW1 armored car. It is labeled BUSSING-EBERHARDT early war version...The problem is that I and others can find no verification of this vehicle...You folks are the best and I ask for help...Will try to attach a photo, but if I cannot, maybe someone can access their site and do the photo add thing, for me...Thanks,Michael
Very nice - but pure fantasy. German armoured cars always were big (because lorry based), only some captured vehicles (like Minervas) were based on chassis of passenger cars. - This one just looks like a "germanised" Rolls-Royce.
Why put out a fantasy Armoured Car? Perhaps they figured that no one would find out?
I was pretty sure that it was bogus and could not find it in any of my reference books..Still not sure and that is why I brought it before you folks...The mfg. has not responded to my soldier forum's request for his documentation...When in doubt about anything WW1, I come here and have recommended this site to others..Thanks, Michael
