Follow this link to the Nuermburg Toy Fair review on the Military Modelling website for a suggestion that Emhar have confirmed a Schneider release for an unknown date [in 2008?] -

I'm not a huge fan of the CA1 but if it comes it'll be worth a look... Provided there is some variant or other I can build as I much prefer 'garden shed varieties' to bog-standard gun tanks.

Maybe it'll also help coax some affordable replacement tracks out of somewhere as I believe they are the same pattern as the FT-17 [could be wrong here..]. RPM injection tracks are very rare, and the metal aternatives are silly money.

i think they've been advertising their schneider for a while now (like, more than a year). i think it is on the side of one of their boxes. Hannants have had it listed for a while

http://www.hannants.co.uk/search/?FULL=EM4006

but there's never been a firm date set (like a lot of the stuff that Imex have advertised - maybe it is a Pocketbond thing)

Incidentally, $7.00 for FT17 wheels here:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/RPM-Wheels-to-FT-17-conversion-Ft17-Emhar-kit-1-35_W0QQitemZ330207340410QQihZ014QQcategoryZ2588QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQ_trksidZp1638.m118.l1247QQcmdZViewItem

not sure if by 'wheels' they mean 'tracks', or if they mean 'wheels'!

I just noticed that the section on Roden makes no mention of the Rolls Royce armoured car; so, just a rumour then. cry
