Hi All,
Obviously a Dennis but what period?TA possibly with Leylands behind,
Could it be a hybrid Dennis that converts to a charabanc at weekends?

It has highly polishished paintwork going by the reflection of the car on the side panel, but looks more like some kind of flatbed truck pressed into service to me.

Not too sure which model it is, but the coach built cab would suggest that it was an impressed charabanc with a very rough looking flat bed body replacing whatever was originally on the back. Dennis also supplied the WD with a number of fire engine chassis which were then fitted with GS type bodys, so that is a possibility. More likely an impressed chara though.
