It is said that these are normal trucks which got armor. They were not used during WW1, but used during the post-war-fights in Bavaria. They were part of the Freikorps von Epp.

Made in Munich on the chassis of 100 HP Krupp-Daimler artillery tractors. One became ready in 1919, the other three only in 1920. One 3,7 cm gun in turret, seven machine guns per car.
All four in service with Bavarian Rifle Brigae 21 (former Freikorps Epp).
