painting / camouflage at tank? (ebay)

Hi All!

I just found this at ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160321801317

Could it be that there is a kind of painted figure at the rear?
Is there also a kind of camouflage at the sponson?

Please note: I am neither the seller nor related to him.

Regards
Chris

Chris, thanks for the link.

To answer your questions, yes and yes!

See this old thread

The painting is of a 'bisto kid' and the sponson appears to be camouflage painted. Although I think the objective was to camouflage the location of the vision slits, not camouflage the tank.

Hi, There are at least three tanks of C Battalion wrecks from cambrai that have images of figures painted on the right hand rear hull, two are possible to identify the third is not so clear all the photos I have seen have the same problem in that the image painted on the tank is vague......heres a pic of C23
