The Schneider M1 n° 61138 was the first tank of third battery from Groupe AS 7 (As de Carreau). It was Cne Gassart's tank. This tank was destroyed by German artillery, 300 m East of the Ferme du Temple (inside the French lines).
The Schneider M1 n° 61091 commanded by Adjudant Demay was from second battery of the same AS 7 Group.
On rear of the two tanks, the Schneider is the n° 61139 (3° Battery As 7) - The tank commander was the Sous-Lieutenant Brunel. This tank was destroyed at the beginng of the attack (April 16, 1917).
AS 7 was the tortoise's group. It's possible to see on films or on photos a tortoise on the right of some AS 7 Group's tanks.

Other informations, in French, on this two tanks.
