The roof is quite similar to the Marienwagen truck cab appearance.

'... it's difficult to tell with the bonnet obscured,  but it certainly is not a Daimler AZ;  the front wheels are too far forward.  ... perhaps a DAAG.    You will note it is fitted with the style cargo bed that became common to all German lorries as part of Ludendorff's 1916 program for standardization.

Oh...yes, and the wheels seem to be different front the Azl also..
