Whippet color scheme

I was looking at Polly Scale PC-10 as a possible color for the Whippet. Without starting a flame war would this be a good color or is it too brown? Thank you for your advice

I don't know Polly Scale PC-10, but if it looks like the same colour as on the Whippet in the Brussels museum (or a little browner, like the Mark IV in the same museum) then it is probably right.

There was a short thread about this on the Missing Links forum, and it was more-or-less agreed that they were not green.

PC-10 was the greenish brown colour used on Allied aircraft during WW1, I wonder if this paint became the standard colour for use by British forces.

Since it is on the greenish side that is why I was wondering if it would be appropriate to paint the Whippet in this color.
