Greetings,
Attached is a recently acquired photo of a US M1917 along with some detail shots. Judging from the sign for Liberty bonds, it would appear that this Stateside photo was take prior to November 11, 1918.

V Liberty Loan was the Victory Loan and was post Armistice.
