Can anyone ID this ambulance, and add any further information such as numbers produced?

Hi Rob, It looks like two vehicles, the first two pics have a diamond shaped logo the name of which escapes me at the moment. the third one with the lady underneath seems to be a Buick probarbly a converted 1916 tourer.... D4?

I fancy I can make out "Riley" on the first of those - but that styling of the front doesn't seem at all right for a Riley? Sez he - I know nothing about Rileys, just that the few I have seen have looked nothing like that.

Square badged one definitely a Buick i'd say. Can't work out the diamond one - Riley did have a diamong shaped badge but looks far too American styled for a Riley like you say (I haven't seen any of their Edwardian cars, but all the 1920's and 1930's ones were very distinctive)

I'm confused by the fact that all three ambulances look identical, I can't spot any differences between them, but the third one has a different badge - could possibly be that all three are Buicks, the first two built by a different manufacturer?

Certainly Rileys had diamond badges but it's a Canadian McLaughlin-Buick:
