Another clear photo Drake,  the repair patches can clearly be seen on the 2nd and 3rd plates from the front, and the patch on the marking at the rear at 8 o'clock.

Makes sense for a Beutepanzer Mark IV - the original British 6 Pounders were replaced

by 57mm Nordenfelt guns (same as the A7V gun) in many of the Mark IVs. The Germans had lots of captured Belgian and Russian Nordenfelts.
