Nice - 3 armoured cars, 2 airplanes.

However... I'm not an expert, but I doubt any of these armoured cars fits to time and place.

1. I don't know anything about Russo-Balt being captured by Austro-Hungarian army.

2. Austin with one turret was very rare (maybe only one?) and I think it appeared near the end of the war (captured by Czech forces and used against Reds).

3. First Romfell was ready in the end of August 1915 and I doubt it was used in that battle.

Plus Germans using 1916 steel helmets in 1915...

Think this is new. Google Blosdorf 2011 Plenty will come up.

Photostream with lots of replica armoured cars, A-H & Russ uniforms. Clips also to be found on Youtube.

There are lot of problems with details... Russians are using Mosin-Nagant 91/30. But the reenacting still looks just fantastic!

There is absolutely tons of stuff on this. Amazed it's never cropped up before. It seems to be a frequent event, if not annual. If I have understood this correctly, Blosdorf is the former name of what is now Mladjov in the Czech Republic. There seems to have been a battle there in 1915 or 16, but I'd never heard of it and can't find any more details. However, the reconstruction is clearly a huge event.

I suspect this will interest Baldwin, in particular:

Google away . . .
