Good find, but it's a MkV, not MkIV: observe the fixed turret towards the rear of the roof, plus the radiator cooling vent in the side to left of the graffiti heart. I'm no expert, but I think Kharkov/Kharkiv still has it's MkV - a composite IIRC.
