Image from the IWM archive - no information on the vehicle except that it's inter-war. The tracks look like a variation on the snake track with ball and socket joints between the track elements.

The tracks are a set of rollers mounted on a rope and allowed the vehicle to slew with less ground friction. I assume it may have given trouble on side slopes.
