Odd armoured car

Can anyone ID this car in this attached picture? Looking at the guy peering out (who is probably regreting parking in a deprived city area and wondering where the wheels went_) it seems rather narrow. I found it on a Russian site so I couldn't read any captions. I did note that they had some of Tim's pictures.

the lettring is mix of cyrilic and latin letters, so this is most likely in poland as for the car looks like some modification of MGEBROV-WHITE

if some one can enhanse the lettering that I can perhaps translate it and that can lead to a clue to were the car is, much hunch is its in poland or in a polish unit

From an enhanced picture, it looks like it says something like "EXPWRWA" not that this makes any sense of course.

its actaully full of false cognate cyrillic letters

its

which loosely means bulky, but more like big

Hello Guys, My reference states the following about this Armoured Car: Two armoured cars were constructed by the Izhorsky Plant for the 1st Machine Gun Company in the begining of 1915, and were captured by the Germans and used in Berlin in 1918, I have photos of at least one of them in Berlin.

So I assume they are a Izhorsky Version??????
