A pair of weird & wonderfuls here, I suspect they're post-WW1 & do look a bit "American" to me.
Czech - or rather Czecho-Slovak - stuff. The Renault tank is just that; the two rounded types are Skoda-Fiats; the angular one in centre is the (only one prototype) Skoda-Praga L, armed with a 3.7-cm Skoda L27 gun. Seen at Milovice, early 1920ies.
