You want to get 'Skoda Heavy Guns' by Prasil, there are loads of pics of them. They were designed by Ferdinand Porsche for the express purpose of hauling the giant Skoda howitzers (38-cm, 42-cm, and the 24-cm long range gun). MGM makes a 1/72 scale kit (http://www.landships.freeservers.com/mgm_bzug_kitreview.htm).

As Peter says, it doesn't have much on the Skoda M11 30.5cm mortar, the Schlanke Emma, as it's devoted to the subsequent guns which were designed with the Porsche petrol-electric landtrain in mind (there are a couple of pages on the M11, but you can find a helluva lot more on t'interwebnet thingy). It is a very good book, though, and a worthy addition to any artillery library.

Ages ago, I found a Japanese site which had an article on a guy making a 1/35 scale model, and I kind of got the impression he was going to produce it as a kit. However, several things militate against my doing much about it now: it was in Japanese; and I lost any references I had due to a series of HD crashes (and total failures) some months ago. Bum...

I don't know where you got your pics from, Eugene, but here are some good big versions of one of them plus some others:

I'll have a look myself too for that Japanese site, try to retrace how I found it...
