I'm looking to start up a 1/32nd scale scratchbuild of a 1914 Pattern Rolls Royce Armoured Car. Problem ... where can I find a photo-etched set of wire wheels? I know that Scale Link offers their set, but the price is pretty steep at 25+quid.
Any suggestions on where to find some photo-etched wire spoked wheels? I'm thinking that a set in 1/24th or so for automobiles might be usable.
I use a jig designed so you can produce as many spokes as needed according to which vehcile it is to be used on. I will look up my master drawing for the jig, and email it to you.

If you're intent on using photoetched parts, you'll almost certainly have to buy the Scale Link set (at least you also get the hubs, brake-drums and tyres too!). The problem is that although photoetched spoked wheel sets are available for vintage cars, they tend to be in the standard model car scale of 1/43. I've never seen any in 1/32 scale, apart from Scale Link's. And though you might find 1/32, or at a push 1/35, spoked aircraft wheels, the spokes will almost certainly be wrong (I've not seen that many spoked aircraft wheels, and never any with spokes that resembled those of cars).
