The K-Flak vehicles are Model 1914 Daimler Benz mounting 7,7cm M1914 Krupp BAKs.  They were , of course, four wheel drive.    Effective in their role as anti-aircraft guns,  lesser known are their significant deployment against British tanks at Cambrai; knocking out dozens of MKIVs.

Great set of images and thanks for posting. The anti-aircraft lorries are interesting in that there is no evidence that I can see of support stands for the gunners platform as you would find on a British Thornycroft or Peerless. The images are obviously posed and not taken in action however do you or any other member know if they were supported when firing was in progress. Anyone put a name to the staff car?? The 5th image appears to be a group of workshop vehicles which are quite interesting as are the various vehicle markings. Rod

Very nice. I hope someone makes a 1/76 or 1/72 kit of the AA vehicles at some point. Am I right in thinking that they were used for anti tank purposes at Cambrai and possibly elsewhere?

I know the Germans used 5.7cm Maxim-Nordenfelts mounted on trucks at Cambrai. Are these in addition to those?

I have no knowledge of Belgian 5,7cm lorry borne guns at the November battles.    I can tell you the Daimler and Ehrhardt batteries engaging the MkIV onslaught destroying more that 60 of them without loss to themselves. ( A K-Flak battery consisted of two motorised guns. )   Batteries #4 and # 7 particularly distinquished themselves; claiming 12 tanks each.

Ah. You're correct, of course, Jack. I've just reread my article on the gun from Schnuck, and according to that, surplus 5.7cms were mounted on trucks after Cambrai. I'll double-check.
