It's a "Camion Protegido Schneider". Acc to B.T. White: Twenty-four built by Schneider for the Spanish Army in Morocco, apparently in 1914. Five mm armour plate, interior divided into three compartments - driver and commander/fighting crew/ammunition - with opening roof over the first two. Four rifle slits on each side. Allegedly carried three tons of ammunition, so it must have been a bit of a beast.
