Japanese artillery pieces in Russia

Small puzzle - I was doing some research on the 15cm Type 38 howitzer (I know, sick puppy). There is a survivor at the Hämeenlinna artillery museum in Finland.

The interpretive board says that the Japanese sold 800 artillery pieces to Russia in 1915-17 including 16 Type 38 howitzers.

Can anyone confirm this, and what types of artillery were sold to the Russians.

Taki (takihome ) knew - the artillery pieces were a mixture of quite old (Type 31s - 1898) and modern pieces - here's the list.

518 Type 31 75mm Field Guns
100 Type 31 75mm Mountain Guns
42 28cm Howitzers
34 24cm Mortars
14 L23 24cm Cannons
12 Type 38 10cm Cannons - similar to Krupp K04
9 Type 45 24cm Howitzers
16 Krupp 15cm Howitzers - similar to Krupp sFH02
28 Krupp 12cm Howitzers
12 15cm Mortars
12 9cm Mortars
4 Krupp 10cm Cannons
