I have several titles of this editorial house dealing with airplanes, and they're very good and carry excellent drawings. Wish this is on the same quality level!
I think it will take whole decades until most of the people will use correct name "Ranault FT". In my experience right now majority of people, even some experts, say and write "Renault FT-17".
I stand corrected regarding the date of publication. It was announced a couple of days ago on the editorial house Facebook wall, and I assumed it was a new release. BTW, has anyone got this book? How does it compare to Model Centrum's "French Light Tank Renault FT & U.S. Six-Ton Tank M1917" by W. Lawrynowicz? That is an excellent book for the modeller and wish I can find a "print" copy soon.

I see... little of actual WW1 action photos, most focused on the post-war activities. It's interesting, however, as it has some narrative on the smoke-screen tanks, one of which 1:72 kits I have!
Thanks for the link, James!
Well, I can confirm the book's only dealing with the polish use... From the polish-soviet war, the interbellum years, and the september '39 campaign. It's also dealing with the CWS built training FT's (Centralne Warsztaty Samochodowe - Central Vehicle Workshop - 27 copies built, with non hardened steel plates)... But not a single pic of FT's in action on the western front...

The Fighting Tanks Since 1916 by Jones, Rarey, and Icks is encyclopaedic. I think it's available in paperback. If not, you should be able to find the out-of-print hardback on t'internet.

Might be interesting to see if there's any info on the FTs that ended up in Afghanistan.
