Dan Taylor Modelworks has released some new sets of 1/72 scale replacement heads, including some in Wolseley Helmets:

Nice range of figures! They have a nice selection of civilians that can be coaxed easily into WW1 standards.

I guess we're well covered on military WW1 types with the W^D range. Anyway, I liked the natural poses of the civilians on some of his sets, much better than the civilians on Preiser sets. Perhaps Barry from W^D would release "heads" sets as well. I wonder if it would be possible to use one W^D head for converting a soft plastic figure. Damn the soft plastic, I wish I could recast all the Airfix sets in resin or white metal at home!
