Is this the gun that was at Woolwich Arsenal?

Yes. Only one barrel had ever survived. It was at Woolwich until 2008, then it moved to the Royal Artillery HQ at Larkhill, Wiltshire, then went on loan to the Railway Museum at Utrecht, Holland (March 2013 to September 2013), after which it came back to the UK to its current home at Fort Nelson.
