To identify...two guns with German soldiers, but not German guns

This one I think might be a railroad gun, but can't get a good ID on it...

This one I thought was a British MK type gun, but the attachment behind the soldier sitting on top of the tube is confusing...

 I think it's a French gun - Canon de 145mm Mle 1910 sur affût Saint-Chamond - about 200 145mm naval guns were placed on a St-Chamond carriage.

Charlie, thanks! I Googled the French gun and came up with a few pictures that show me you are correct!
