Your link shows the 6 inch 26 cwt Howitzer which is/was a more modern Gun..�

Heres the Manuals including plates for all three:

Handbook 6 inch 25cwt BL Howitzer mk I 1896 1899

Handbook 6 inch 30cwt BL Howitzer 1909 1915�

Handbook 6 inch 26cwt BL MkI Howitzer 1919

Dates are for the Manuals only unless stated otherwise

Hello, Mikhail.

Some pictures of the 6" 30-cwt breechloader one may find at�https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:BL6inch30cwtHowitzerOnSiegeCarriageDiagram.jpg,�http://www.victorianforts.co.uk/art/6inchBL30cwt.htm�and also an early modification with volute springs in Britannica.

After I'd downloaded manual for this and 25-cwt models (1�and�2) I�made several nice images to illustrate the differences. I haven't removed the distortion (can't understand how to make the plug-in work) and I can't guarantee scale identity, but IMHO the pictures are quite accurate.

PS

Except for the breechlocks, where I had almost no clues to reduce (the cahamber bores seem to be different) two drawings to a common scale.

Now approved (post preceding that one).� Again, a change in IP address seems to be implicated. even though all your recent posts have been through the same internet service provider (but different networks within that provider's address blocs).� Slightly infuriating, but outside of your control (ISPs use dynamic address allocation) - probably not as arbitrary as it seems but will seem like "summer lightning" to those afflicted.� Carry on regardless, this too shall pass.
