What is it? A "Seebrook" with AA gun? What for a gun? Vickers QF 3-inch 20 cwt Mark I ?

You mean british QF 3-pounder 5cwt Mark I gun? Or french Hotchkiss 47-mm gun?

I think it is other version....

P.S. Yes, it is 3-pounder Hotchkiss (47-mm), no schield - rebuilt 1915.
