Great News! BK becomes Matador!

One firm with an interesting range of smallscale WW1 kits have been BK Modelcraft: among others they have sold kits of the Fahrpanzer, 25cm Minenwerfer, 21cm Mörser, field bakery, softskins etc. The problem was only, that BK Models have been VERY hard to get in touch with. They have withstood the temptation of going out on the Internet, in any form. I for one have been gnashing my teeth over these kits that I never could seem to get hold on...


Well, that has changed now!


The wellknown firm of Matador (who has a long standing commitment to the Great War) is now in the process of taking over the whole range of kits of BK Modelcraft!

Great news indeed! My friend Jan Giesbers exchanged models with BK-modelcraft each year on Trucks'n'Tracks in Folkstone, but even he had trouble getting models. Matador is a bigger outfit anyway, and much more accessible, so Hurray!
