Can't recall seeing these before, but usual apologies. Been rereading the article in GBM 98, and it ends by saying that the 1A ended up on display at the tank School at Versailles, along with a Schneider and a Saint-Chamond. Guy says that it disappeared after 1940, probably scrapped.
But at least one German had his photo taken with it. As you can see, it ended up down an alley in rather dilapidated condition, clearly having been moved from the display position where it's shown in the third photo. An ignominious end for a machine that looked so impressive in the film of its trials.
I'm sure that Guy, Michel, and François know of these two photos, but I can't find mention of them on the Forum. Sorry if it's my memory at fault. Again.
