Painting the Mk II and Landship decals
Permalink Closed

My first Mark II is ready for painting. The tracks went well with superglue and mud was added using tamiya putty.

Now to the paintjob...

I dont really have a clue about Mk IIs colour possibilities or decals, however, I have easy acess to Landship decals from 7thKompany.com, one of my usuall shopping places. So what are the decal options in the sheet? Can I use it on my Mk II male? Does it have paint instructions?

Any help would be most appreciated. It has been fun so far but researching WWI landships is much more dificult than WWII for example..

Thanks in advance,

Francisco

Hi Francisco,

There is a set of decals made especially for the Mk II (and Mk I and Mk III) which includes tips on colours and camouflage schemes in the instructions:

It's produced by some bloke called, ooh now, what was his name...? Peter Kempf, I think!
