Disneyland Cannon - 3" Hotchkiss Mountain Guns

There are two cannon in Disneyland.

They carry the HOTCHKISS id plate.

I believe they are two of the four 3" Mountain Guns purchased by the United States around 1890.

Can anyone verify my identification or correct it?
