Just finished a beta build of Wayne McCullough's Mark IX Duck. Fairly straightforward to build but the tiny brackets which hold the flotation tanks were a

bit of a trial.

I remember the MkIX when it was outside at Bovington, Used to paint it and the others each year, back in the 70's whilst serving in the Army. Great model Charlie

The model is 1:50 rescaled from the original 1:72.

The model will be free - downloadable from Landships II (landships.info/models.html)

The Mark IX Duck isn't available yet but there are 4 versions of the Mark IX available on Landships II.

Charlie would it be possible to do a 1/35th scale download so to be able to build one in plastic.

 That can be done. It probably would be better to have a white model rather than coloured - easily doable though.

Charlie and I need to resolve a couple of things before I revise the model.  Maybe a few more weeks.

I have several other kits in the works at the same time, and I switch back and forth among them.
