Tank signals (towards infantry)

As part of the cooperation with the infantry there were given out signals from the tank crew.
Doing this there was a stick with coloured discs used.

- Green Disc = "Wire Cut"
- Red Disc = "Wire Not Cut"
- Red Disc over Green Disc = "Have Reached Objective"
- White Disc over Red Disc = "Enemy in Dugouts"
- 3 Red Discs = "Out of Action"

source:
document issued by the commanding officer of 7th Battalion Tank Corps; included in the Battalion War Diary for July 1917
-Haynes Book, p.95/96

Questions:
- Are there any other signals (combinations) known?
- Do you know pictures showing it?
- What might the meassurents of the signalstick be were?
