It's a problem with Trove. The pseudo-fascist scumbags that claim to run Australia (in reality it's the Coal and Minerals Councils)

reduced funding for Trove a couple of years ago with a view (presumably) to achieve the real estate agent's dream of eliminating history.

Trove has been hanging on by its fingernails using lots of volunteer workers - I guess their quality control has taken a major hit.

The little book cited is the A7V guide sold at the Queensland Museum shop - it doesn't say the A7V was donated by the French but correctly

says it was recovered with the help of the 26th Bn AIF.

Just been reading about the funding, Charles. A great shame in this era of mass misinformation. I take it that this does not entirely meet with your approval. Reading between the lines.

You could say that.

Regimes that denigrate and attempt to destroy history usually come to unfortunate ends not that I care what happens to the leaders but

the suffering inflicted on the average person in those societies really sticks in my craw.

I fully expect the shrill babblers in the UK to start asserting the National Trust and the major libraries are constructs of the racist patriarchy and

should be suppressed.
