I just recently found out that Comberg makes 1/72 scale Russian artillery pieces and Free Time Hobbies sells them. I am buying the following:
G7204 Russian 6" Siege gun Model 1877
G7205 42 line (106.7) siege gun model 1877
G7207 6 " fortress gun model 1904
I should have post a message on this site about these models earlier. I know Combergs ship models the earlier one weren't too good but the later ones are very good. If anyone has any info on them please inform me and others.
I have one. These models for experienced modelers. As instruction attached to the kit is not really clear I am collecting photos of the original guns before actually would start. Because of the copyright I am not sure if I can post photos which I pulled out on the web.
I have been building models for about 50 years. I got the above kits. The quality looks good. They all have metal parts. The instruction sheets could be better. I am not going to start building one for awhile. In part because I am looking for more info on the kits. A build article would be nice.
