According to a post on the British & Commonwealth Military badge Forum, "This limited edition book is available in Australia for AUD43 plus post or freight and there are a number of copies available in the UK from my co-author" Flyer attached.

As the post is from 'Rod' I assume the UK link is Mr. Hibberd?

Gents thanks for adding details of our new publication on the Forum. It was an interesting research journey and I believe the end result will answer quite a few questions regarding vehicle/unit signage which the modellers in particular should find helpful. Attempting same 100 years after the event has been a challenge and no doubt it will remain a work in progress as new information comes to light if in fact it has survived in the first place. A good addition to your research research library.....cheers.....Rod

Wayne thank you for your interest in our new book. You can get a copy from me.

Send me a note via your email address to rdgenmix at bigpond.com (replacing the 'at' with the symbol) and we can continue this conversation.

Cheers.... Rod

My copy of the book arrived this morning, thanks to Mr. Hibberd.

At a quick look through it is very well produced and has a lot of period photos and illustrations of the numerous badges and signs.
