They even have models of WW2 German tanks that never made it off the drawing board.  Yet you'd think they'd have more German items for WW1 too.

Rather a surprise that nobody has come up with a kit for Mephisto, the one German WW1 tank that still exists.

Not just WW2 German tanks but flying saucers too. There is a very large number of WW1 vehicles etc etc that could be kitted and that would probably sell just as well as these "what ifs"

 The flying saucers in question undoubtedly lifted from popular culture.  Another irony is that we see figures of Hogan's Heroes characters for sale, but none in 1/35 scale.  (It should be noted that Col. Klink had been a WW1 pilot.)

I don't believe "Girls and Panzers" have done an A7V edition. If they did the Queensland Museum would probably be overrun 

by Japanese teenagers and a Mephisto model kit would be a necessary tie-in with the show.
