Espace has five entrys all pretty much the same though the GB document does claim a patent application in Belgium from march 1907, if I'm reading it right:
The reason that Delamare-Maze doesn't feature in the patents on resilient wheels is that he, along with a co-conspirator Delorbe, illegally utilised the patents
of the Belgians, MM. Reuse, and promoted the system to the French Ministry of War as their own. The French Senate inquired into this and broke the
contract for production of the wheels with Delorbe and Delamare-Maze and required the Ministry of War to organise production and retrieve money already paid.
The Reuse's were in no position to object since Belgium was mostly under German occupation.
