These are from the photo archive at the American WWI Museum in Kansas City. Charlie and I noticed that some of the captions were rather wide of the mark, and the Museum allowed us to make corrections. Whether they've updated the site, I don't know, but they said it would have to be done when time permits. I can't remember now what alterations I suggested, but it seems obvious that they're radio aerials.

Thank you for the basic information. Please, is it possible to find more information or pictures, drawings? I have never seen the Ft 17 TSF in this version. So did Mark V STAR.
