Anyone I.D. this; Land Ironclads?

Came across this on Tank Encyclopedia and their Dutch source here.

Caption translates as: "Image with which the German technician Goebel, who invented the tank in 1915, wanted to promote his invention (which was not taken seriously by the German army command)".

I don't know how Herr Goebel used the image, but it very much calls to mind H.G. Wells's description of the Land Ironclads. It also looks to me as if it might be a still from a film. Notice that the trenches are full of what appear to be troops. Does anyone recognise this?
