Lovett Artillery web site update
Permalink

I have just updated the Lovett Artillery Collection web site.  If the old main page comes up try deleting cookies or putting www.lovettartillery.com directly into the web browser and hitting refresh.  Hopefully, the new site will be easier to navigate.  If you prefer the old web site style, just hit "Back to the Old Index " or "Back to the Old Main Page" at the bottom of each of the index pages.

I hope you like the change:  https://www.lovettartillery.com/

Thanks for posting the link.  There is a lot of useful and informative information and photographs there.  I will be spending some time checking all that is on the site.

It looks good, generally easier to find things than the old version of the site. The only issue I have is that the German artillery drawings, development, and related equipment are in the "Resources" section, while the equivalent Allied artillery drawings and equipment are only found in the "Allied Artillery" section. In particular the drawings of the French 75 breech are in the "French and US Artillery related support equipment" page, not on the French 75 page or the "Resources" section, which made them hard for me to find at first.

Putting all the 1840's-1860's Prussian artillery drawings in one place certainly makes them easier to find.

Thanks.  There are quite a few improvements I need to make still.  It is certainly a work in progress, as it has been over the last fifteen years.  I have recently had a knee injury so this might keep me sitting down long enough to make more progress.  R/  Ralph
