Looks like an 1890s howitzer?

This gun is in the Army Museum Zizkov in Prague. It has been claimed it is an Austro-Hungarian 15cm Haubitze M.99/4 but it isn't one of those.

I don't recognise it but it does seem to have recoil and recuperator cylinders which would place it around 1900 or so. Anyone know?

Thank you - that's the one.

So it's an experimental Skoda 12cm howitzer from 1899.
